Who We Serve
Built for families who deserve to see themselves in their therapist
Therapy Nook was built intentionally for children and families in underserved communities. You should not have to explain your experience before the healing can begin.
Children and adolescents navigating identity, anxiety, depression, and trauma
Families seeking culturally responsive support that honors their lived experience
Children enrolled in Connecticut Medicaid — no cost, no barrier
Families navigating school challenges, behavioral concerns, or major life changes
Multi-generational families seeking to break cycles and build new patterns
“Your child deserves a soft place to land.”
At Therapy Nook, we believe healing is a right — not a privilege. Our children and family services are offered through Medicaid specifically because we refuse to let cost determine which children get access to affirming mental health care.
