Adult psychotherapy — in-network insurance

We are currently in-network with:

Additional payors are being added. Clients are notified directly as our network expands.

Children and family services — Connecticut Husky Medicaid

For families whose children are covered by Connecticut Husky Medicaid, there is typically no out-of-pocket cost for services. We help you verify your child's coverage during enrollment. Learn more about Children and Family Services →

Self-pay rates

If you are out-of-network or prefer to pay privately, our rates are posted upfront:

• Individual psychotherapy (55 min) — $175

• Clinical care coordination (60 min) — $100

• Clinical supervision (60 min) — $60

Out-of-network reimbursement

Have insurance we don't currently accept? We provide a superbill on request that you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary by plan — call your insurance directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first session.
